Who We Are

Goshen Clinic is an integrated healthcare and behavioral health provider operating in Phoenix, Arizona, serving adults aged 18 and above through coordinated medical and support services. Established in 2023 and active since 2025, the clinic currently works with Native-American communities while remaining open to all individuals without discrimination. Services are used by adults managing health conditions, participating in recovery, or completing court- or state-required programs. Care is delivered through scheduled visits and structured programs that address both clinical and compliance-related needs.

Services are structured to combine primary care, behavioral health, and support programs within one setting. Evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up are coordinated based on individual needs and requirements. This approach allows care to remain consistent while addressing both medical and non-medical factors.
